1. Using o3o
o3o provides AI conversations and optional, user-confirmed memories for adults aged 18 or older. By choosing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
This is an experimental service. A browser guest credential identifies your conversations; it is not a verified identity or a recoverable account. Keep access credentials private. Clearing cookies, changing browsers or letting credentials expire can prevent access to earlier conversations.
2. AI, not professional or emergency care
Responses are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete. o3o is not a person, therapist, medical provider or emergency service. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other high-stakes decisions.
Conversations are not monitored in real time, and the service does not automatically contact emergency responders. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or someone who can help in person.
3. Your content and responsible use
Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, highly sensitive personal information or other people’s confidential information. Do not use the service unlawfully, to exploit or harm people, or to distribute malicious content.
Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain another person’s conversations. We may limit or suspend access to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations.
4. Content rights
You retain any rights you hold in your input. You allow o3o and its service providers to process it as needed to deliver conversations, safety checks, requested memory features and service operation, as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership.
AI outputs may resemble outputs received by others and may not qualify for intellectual property protection. We do not promise that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them.
5. Availability, limits and fees
The current site offers Waffo sandbox checkout only. Test subscriptions do not charge real money or grant paid benefits. Use test cards only; real purchases are not open. Usage limits, features and availability may change while we test the service. Each browser guest can receive 10 replies per UTC day, across conversations; failed replies do not use this personal allowance. Site-wide cost limits can pause service earlier. A successful message may require more than one model call.
If paid plans are introduced, prices, limits, renewal, cancellation and any applicable refund terms will be presented before purchase. These terms do not authorize future charges. We may interrupt the service for maintenance, security or provider outages and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or preservation beyond the stated retention periods.
6. Ending use and deleting data
You can stop using o3o at any time. Ending a conversation does not delete its records. Use “Data & deletion” to delete the current guest’s data, or the memory controls to edit or forget a memory. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion limits.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
Use reasonable judgment when acting on AI responses. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the experimental service is provided as available without a promise of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or select an exclusive court.
8. Updates and contact
We will publish revised terms here with an updated date. Material changes will be identified before they apply where required. New terms do not retroactively authorize a new use of your information.
